My mom started juicing when I was 7 and at the time the family was pretty sure she was trying to “kill us.” Whenever she would turn the machine on we would run like the wind! She felt terrible, so one day she called the company that made the juicer and said, “What can I do that will be fun for my kids?” Their reply was simple, “Take a frozen banana and put it through the juicer.” So, she gave it a shot.
